Of course all of this is completely customizable by you. Here's our process: We will get in touch with you a week or two before your processing date and confirm that you still want the beef. The processor will call you and ask how you would like your beef cut. If you would like any suggestions, please contact us and we would be happy to help.
NOTE: *You will be responsible for picking up your beef from the processor in Martinsville, Illinois* Beef is ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks after the processing date.
